RTA Addressing Periodic Dialing Problems for TIC Callers

The RTA Travel Information Center (TIC) is currently experiencing technical difficulties due to phone port and server malfunctions. The RTA is working expeditiously to correct the problem and anticipates that phone lines will be restored next week.
Customers who call the TIC will experience difficulty obtaining a customer service representative with either continuous ringing or a busy signal. If you encounter continuous ringing, please continue to allow the phone to ring and a representative will answer the line and will assist you with your route planning. Transit riders can also plan their trips using the RTA’s online trip planner by visiting www.goroo.com or www.google.com/transit.
The TIC operates 365 days a year from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. and assisted more than 5,300,000 callers to their destination last year. The RTA apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your patience during this temporary malfunction.
