RTA to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed 2018 Regional Transit Operating Budget, Capital Program and 2018-2023 Regional Transit Strategic Plan

CHICAGO - The RTA Board of Directors will consider the 2018 proposed operating budgets and five-year capital programs for CTA, Metra and Pace at its December 14, 2017 meeting. A summary of the regional budgets can be found here and the full budget can be found here. The RTA has also released a video to explain the budget process and it can be found here.
The hearings listed below are open to public and people are encouraged to share comments on the budget as well as the 2018-2023 Regional Transit Strategic Plan. A draft of the full Strategic Plan will be available to the public on Monday, November 27th.
