The RTA was proud to participate in and support the Chicago chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) panel discussion on small and disadvantaged businesses and their relevance and value to the transportation industry. We’re very excited about our very own Eunice Escobar, president of the COMTO Chicago chapter, who continues to invite the most senior level staff to help inform small businesses.
