COMTO Discusses Opportunities for Disadvantaged and Small Businesses

The RTA was proud to participate in and support the Chicago chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) panel discussion on small and disadvantaged businesses and their relevance and value to the transportation industry.
