Today is International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. International Women's Day is all about unity, celebration, reflection, advocacy and action. The diversity in our workforce is one of our greatest strengths as an agency.
Women make up 66% of our workforce! We’re proud of our diversity among women as well. Among women working at the RTA, 30% are White, 50% are Black, and 16% are Hispanic.
The RTA is dedicated to cultivating a workforce that is inclusive and diverse. Our diversity creates a strong culture that gives us the ability to provide excellent service to our region each and every day.
