We Can All Agree: Transit is the Way to Go…Just About Anywhere!

The RTA traditionally promotes transit ridership during the summer months, when the region is flush with outdoor concerts, sporting events, festivals and more. This summer, the RTA and the transit agencies shared a positive message about the importance of transit ridership, one we hope is true: #WeCanAllAgreeOnTransit.

As this final post is kind of a curtain call, we wanted to tell you a bit about the riders we featured. They are all “real riders,” friends of the RTA who volunteered to be featured in these social media posts.  They are best friends and next door neighbors who live in Chicago; they are a husband and wife who live in the suburbs; they are sisters; they are really just like all of us!  We want to thank the CTA for letting us stage the social media posts at the Wilson Station, and of course, we want to thank our star riders!
