We’d like to hear your thoughts about public transit! The RTA is sponsoring a system-wide customer satisfaction survey and would like your feedback about your experiences with CTA, Metra, and/or Pace. The surveys ask riders to rate their satisfaction with safety, service levels, communications, comfort and more.
Your responses will let us and our Service Boards know where to focus our efforts – identifying the changes that could improve your ride and make you more likely to ride transit in the future.
Whether you take CTA, Metra, or Pace (or any combination of the three), please take a few moments and complete a survey. We want to hear from all of our riders! You can remain anonymous if you wish, or you may opt in for future surveys – your choice!
